City of Reading Launches “Water Wise in Reading” Initiative to Promote Safe, High-Quality Drinking Water

Reading, Michigan — The City of Reading is proud to announce a series of ongoing water system improvements and the launch of a new public education campaign, “Water Wise in Reading,” aimed at helping residents and property owners better understand and protect their drinking water.

As part of the City’s continued investment in infrastructure and public health, Reading is taking proactive steps to address potential risks associated with aging plumbing systems, including lead exposure, while ensuring residents have the tools and knowledge to keep their water safe.
