City of Reading Snow Emergency – Wednesday, January 25th, 2023

The Reading Police Department has declared a snow emergency starting today, Wednesday, January 25th until Thursday, January 26th at 5 PM. This means that the parking of a motorized vehicle on a public street, highway, or parking lot within the City of Reading is prohibited during the time of the declared snow emergency. Our goal in declaring a snow emergency is to clear the streets and not write violations. However, the Reading Police Department may write violations to any vehicle that is parked on a city street and or parking lot during this time.
