Governor Snyder, in 2011, signed into law the Economic Vitality and Incentive Program (EVIP), which changed the way that Revenue Sharing was distributed to local units throughout the state. One of the items necessary to receive EVIP funds required local units of government to make available to the public a performance dashboard or a financial summary of its local finances, including a recognition of its unfunded liabilities.
To achieve the standards and receive revenue sharing for the City of Reading, we are providing the following documents.
